The hotel had an awesome location, close to all the main attractions of the city. We walked to almost everything, and when we needed to use the metro it was just a short stroll away. The neighborhood was really nice, with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was cosy and clean, and the bed was big and comfortable. It was also very quiet in the room, which was great.
We had a bit of trouble communicating with the reception staff when we needed to make a last-minute change to our reservation. It took a little longer than we would have liked, but eventually we were able to sort everything out.
